Proactively reach out to talent in your database by inviting them to apply for specific openings
Go to the Candidates Module, and choose the candidate you want to invite to a job.
Click the three dots (⋯) icon on the far right of the candidate's row (or within their profile). Select Invite to a Job from the menu.
A window will appear—choose the specific Career/Job Opening you want them to consider. Click Invite.
Once you click Invite, Jia will automatically send a personalized invitation email to the candidate, including a link for them to view the job details and apply.
