Email

Reach a large group of candidates simultaneously by using the bulk email feature in the Candidates Module.

  • Go to the candidates module and tick the boxes of the candidates that you’d want to send an email to.
    • To send an email to all candidates, you may tick the box in the upper column.
  • Click Send Email to All. bulk-email-02.png
  • Review your selection and click Continue in the lower-right corner of the page. bulk-email-03.png
  • Draft your email or select a pre-saved template. Review your content for any errors and click Send. bulk-email-04.png
  • To confirm your messages were successfully sent, navigate to the Inbox module in the sidebar.
  • You can track replies and view the status of your sent blast from there.
Pro-Tip

When sending an email blast, use Tokens (like [First Name]) to ensure each candidate receives a personalized message despite being part of a bulk send!
