An end-to-end career is standalone and contains the standard stages of the hiring process from the CV Screening to Job Offer.
In the Careers module, choose Add New Career
Click End-to-End Career and input the required career information. Make sure to fill in all the details.
Once all information is filled out, click Continue on the upper right side of the page.
In the Pipeline Stages, click the (+) plus button between existing stages to insert a new step in your hiring sequence. Drage stages to move.
To Rename, Delete, or Disable a Stage, click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the upper right corner of the stage.
Within any Stage, click + Add sub-stage to break down the process into smaller, trackable tasks (e.g., "For Review," "Waiting for Schedule").
To Customize Automations, click the pencil icon (✎) on the bottom of the CV Screening and AI Interview stage.
Decide how candidates are automatically moved to the next stage:
Ensure that each stage and automation reflects your real-world recruitment flow. Click Continue in the upper-right corner to proceed.
