Careers

Set Up Default Pre-screening Questions

Establishing default questions ensures you consistently collect key details—like notice periods and salary expectations—from every applicant.

  • Go to Settings in the sidebar and select the Career Settings tab. career-settings-01.png

  • Add Suggested Questions: Click Add next to default prompts like Notice Period, Work Setup, or Asking Salary. Click Edit to revise. career-settings-02.png

  • Create Custom Questions: Click the + Add custom button to draft your own specific screening requirements. career-settings-03.png

  • Click Save Changes to apply these defaults to all new job postings.

Set AI Interview Walkthrough Language

Choose the default language candidates will hear during their AI interview orientation.

  • Scroll down to the AI Interview Video Walkthrough section.
  • Select your preferred language (e.g., English or Tagalog).
Note

This setting applies to all new careers unless specifically overridden within an individual job post.

  • Click Save Changes to confirm. career-settings-04.png

Configuring Your Default Pipeline

The Default Pipeline serves as the blueprint for all new job postings. Setting this up ensures consistency across your recruitment process while saving time during job creation.

Customize Pipeline Stages

  • Add a New Stage: Click the (+) plus button between existing stages to insert a new step in your hiring sequence. career-settings-05.png

  • Manage Sub-stages: Click + Add sub-stage to break down the process into smaller, trackable tasks (e.g., "For Review," "Waiting for Schedule"). career-settings-06.png

  • Edit, Delete, or Disable Stages: Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on a Core Stage header to rename it or toggle its visibility. Note that some Core Stages are locked and cannot be moved to maintain system integrity. career-settings-07.png

Set Global Automations

Define how candidates should be handled automatically based on their evaluation scores. career-settings-08.png

  • Auto Endorse: Click the pencil icon (✎) next to Auto Endorse to select the "Match Fit" criteria. Candidates who meet this score will automatically progress to the next stage.
  • Auto Drop: Click the pencil icon (✎) next to Auto Drop to set the threshold for automatic rejection. If a candidate falls below this score, they will be moved to the "Dropped" category.

Save Your Workflow

  • If you need to start over, click Reset Changes to revert to the previous version.
  • Once you are satisfied with the flow, click Save Changes. This configuration will now be automatically applied to every new career you create. career-settings-09.png
