Email

Save time and maintain consistent communication by setting up automated emails that trigger based on candidate movement through your pipeline.

  • To add email automations, choose the career, and click the three-dot menu (⋮) found on any sub-stage. Choose Email Automations. email-automation-01.png
  • Click + Add Automation on the stage where you’d like to set it up. email-automation-02.png
  • Configure Triggers: Fill in the automation details. You can set emails to send based on key candidate milestones, including:
    • Applying: When a candidate first submits their application.
    • Being Invited: When you proactively reach out to a candidate.
    • Being Endorsed: When a candidate moves forward to the next stage.
    • Being Dropped: When a candidate is moved out of the active pipeline.

  • Once created, it is automatically active. email-automation-05.png

To activate System Templates If you prefer to use the platform's pre-built messaging:

  • View the list of System Templates within the automation menu.
  • Toggle the switches to the "On" position to enable them for specific stages.
  • You can toggle these "Off" at any time to disable the automated messages.
    • Always double-check your Email Templates before activating an automation to ensure the messaging and tokens are exactly how you want them! email-automation-06.png
