Quickly follow up with multiple candidates at once by using the dedicated reminders tool.

  • On the Sidebar menu, select the Email Reminders module.
  • Review the list of pending reminders or candidates requiring a follow-up.
  • Click the Send Reminders button to trigger the automated outreach to all selected recipients.
Pro-Tip

Use this feature to nudge candidates who haven't completed their pre-screening questions or to follow up on pending interview invites.
